All-American Ice Cream Cake

1Make the Crust

Crush the Ritz crackers in a ziplock bag or food processor, mix with melted butter. Spread crust mixture in the bottom of a 9x13 dish and press into a flat layer. Chill in freezer while the filling is being mixed.

2Make the Filling

Place the 1 quart vanilla ice cream in a large mixing bowl. In a medium-sized bowl, mix the vanilla pudding mix and milk according to the package instructions. Add to the ice cream. Fold the pudding into the ice cream.

In a large ziplock bag, crush the Oreo cookies with a rolling pin until broken into bite-sized pieces. Pour crushed Oreos into ice cream mixture and fold together until combined.

Remove crust from the freezer and pour ice cream mixture over top. Spread into an even layer with a spatula. Top with Cool Whip and spread into an even layer.

Keep frozen until ready to serve. Top with sprinkles and enjoy!
