Sheet Pan Eggnog Pancakes

Looking for a fun and festive breakfast? Try our easy recipe for delicious sheet pan eggnog pancakes! The batter for the pancakes is left in the fridge overnight for a quick breakfast!

      

Steps:

  1. In large bowl combine eggnog, eggs and the butter. Add flour, baking powder, baking soda, nutmeg and kosher salt. Mix until mostly combined, but still slightly lumpy. Cover with plastic wrap and place in fridge overnight.
  2. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and coat with cooking spray. Then, add the batter!
  4. Place in oven 12 to 15 minutes until golden brown on top and fluffy.
  5. Remove from oven and cut into squares or use cookie cutter to make shapes.
  6. Serve with maple syrup and whipped cream
