For the past 9 years, Homestead Creamery has been inviting family, friends, and fans of the company to join them on the farm for a full day of outdoor activities and celebration of another year of producing delicious and nutritious dairy products! It’s a small token of our appreciation for your business and support.
Save the Date
On Saturday, October 7th, Stoney Brook Dairy Farm will open up their fields at 10 AM until 4 PM for free so families can come enjoy some fun outdoor activities, and, of course, enjoy some delicious Homestead Creamery ice cream!
You and your family will get the opportunity to learn a little bit about life on the farm by checking out our special demonstrations, including a cow milking at 2:45 PM. You can even try milking a cow yourself! There will also be hayrides, horse rides, and wagon rides so you can feel what it’s like to be a real cowboy.
New This Year
We’re at a new location this year, so be sure to put this address into your GPS:
Additional parking and continuous shuttle service is available at Cross Pointe Church, 201 Burnt Chimney Road, Wirtz, VA.
We’ve also teamed up with Ronald McDonald House Charities to collect donations to benefit their Southwest Virginia Chapter. While admission is free to the event, you’ll get the chance to make a voluntary donation as you arrive.
We can’t wait to see you on the farm!
