Summer is primetime ice cream enjoying the season and we’re hoping to make it easier on you to enjoy your favorite flavor of Homestead Creamery Ice Cream by sharing all the ways you can get it. Whether you live just around the corner from our Farm Market or living in Richmond, you can get fresh hand dipped ice cream with all natural flavors and a rich, creamy texture.
Take It Home With You
Take the ice cream party home by purchasing from one of our grocery partners, Home Delivery, or our Farm Market! Is there really anything more satisfying than hanging out on your back deck after a summertime cookout with a heaping bowl of ice cream? You can now buy Homestead Creamery ice cream flavors in three different sizes, depending on where you buy from.
First, we have our most popular size, the classic quart. These are hand dipped and filled to the brim to make sure you get as much ice cream packed in as possible and are available at almost any store that sells our ice cream such as Kroger, small independent grocers, and select Earth Fare locations.
New this year, we’re offering a smaller pint size in select Wegmans stores! These smaller sizes allow you to get more the one so everyone can get their favorite flavor!
Finally, we have our ice cream minis! They’re the perfect treat for an ice cream party or company picnic. For now, these mini packs of six with mix and match flavors are available through our Farm Market or by ordering through our Special Events department.

Our ice cream trucks are #OnTheMoove this summer making special stops at all of the best community events in Southwest Virginia! From Farm Market Days in Rocky Mount to local races, we’re slinging scoops of freshly churned, locally sourced ice cream. We’ll be posting our next stops to Facebook every week so be sure to give us a follow to keep up!

Our Farm Market in Wirtz, VA is a Franklin County destination! Located just off of 122 near the lake, we’re the perfect pit stop when you’re headed to your family picnic or getting ready for a day out on the boat!
