With the release of our new A2A2 milk, we’re excited to share some of our favorite recipes that incorporate milk! We realize that some families have had to go without some of the tastiest treats because of stomach sensitivities to dairy. With our new, digestion-friendly milk, you can welcome dairy back to your recipe list! Here are a few of our personal favorites from our blog and one of our favorite bloggers!

Apple Berry Baked Oatmeal

Apples are in season, so this healthy, flavorful breakfast recipe for baked oatmeal never tasted better. This recipe is simple, yet flavorful – and a great way to feed the whole family! We originally recommended Homestead Creamery whole milk, but you can seamlessly swap it out for our tummy-friendly A2A2, Reduced Fat Milk!

Ingredient List:

2 cups of frozen mixed berries
1 apple, peeled, cored, and grated
2 cups of steel cut oats
1/2 cup of chopped pecans
1 tsp. of baking powder
1/2 tsp. of sea salt
1 1/4 cup of Homestead Creamery A2A2 Milk
1/2 cup of non-fat vanilla yogurt
1/3 cup of maple syrup
2 tsp. of vanilla extract
1 whole egg
1 egg yolk

 

Whole Wheat Zucchini Muffins

Ingredients:

1 1/2 cups white whole wheat flour (or regular whole wheat)
1/2 cup cocoa powder
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 egg
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup maple syrup
1/4 cup avocado oil or grapeseed oil
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups grated fresh zucchini (wring out the zucchini if you need to remove extra moisture)
1/4 – 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
